Creative Database · Management tool

What do scattered freelancers and messy projects with no overview cost your team?

Most of the cost isn’t the invoices. It’s the hours spent finding and onboarding people, piecing together who is doing what, chasing status and rebuilding reports. Put in your own numbers and see how much time you get back.

You probably don’t think one tool can fix all of this. This one does.

Most teams patch it together with a planner, a spreadsheet of contacts, an inbox full of contracts and a finance folder. The Creative Database management tool puts your projects, your freelancers and your budgets in one place, and lets the freelancers in too.

We’d rather measure it than promise it. Start with a pilot, track these numbers together, and decide on real figures.

How we calculate

    What isn’t counted

    • Budget overruns you catch early. In one agency survey, 63% had projects going over budget.5 Every project in the tool shows allocated vs. booked spend.
    • Travel saved by hiring local talent from 2,000+ freelancers across Sweden.
    • No fee on spend: what a freelancer quotes is what it costs.
    • One consolidated invoice instead of one per supplier, if you let us handle contracts and payments.

    Where the numbers come from

    1. Statistics Sweden (SCB): total labour cost for white-collar staff in professional services (SNI M), about SEK 85,000 a month in 2025. Divided by roughly 140 worked hours, that is about SEK 600 an hour, before rent and other overhead.
    2. Worksome customer story: onboarding one freelancer took over five hours before a management platform, and about half that after.
    3. Invoice-processing benchmarks (citing APQC and Ardent Partners): 8–15 minutes per manually handled invoice.
    4. COR agency report, 500+ agency executives: 66% lack precise visibility into the time their teams spend, 50% don’t know their capacity, 60% juggle three or more tools.
    5. Campaign & Deltek, Creative Agencies 2022: 63% of agencies had projects over budget.
    6. Fiverr Enterprise agency survey: 45% name poor visibility into who works with which freelancer, and on what, as a significant challenge.
    7. Our interviews with Swedish agencies and production companies: networks live in spreadsheets, email threads and people’s heads, and checking availability means calling around.
