Strategic UI concept for T Bank based on live brief (BBE, 2025): Re-architect currency exchange to increase revenue from conversions and drive Pro upgrades.

Strategic Focus:
Within the existing design system, re-architect the main screen by adding an entry point to the currency exchange section.
Simplify the user flow for the online currency exchange between User’S bank accounts. Add exchange rate dynamics. Surface PRO plan benefits at decision moment.
Develop light and dark themes using tokens in Figma.
Expand the design system with new components and illustrations.

Result:
Concept prototype tested with 5 SME users. 100% completed exchange in under 30 seconds, compared to 2 minutes in the old flow. 0 users needed to leave the app to check external rates.
