Badhuset is a picture book project developed during my studies at HDK-Valand. The story follows an older woman during a visit to the swimming pool, where an ordinary outing takes an unexpected turn.

Through illustration and visual storytelling, the project explores everyday environments, characterisation and the interplay between reality and imagination. The book is told through images, allowing the reader to interpret the story and discover its nuances visually.
